Hello, remember me? I had told you that your shipping charge was out of whack, charging $17 for 3 sets of strings? You corrected it and then I ordered. There's a big problem. You sent me the wrong strings. I ordered 3 sets of (Pink) Super Slinky's .09's. Now, maybe you can understand this, but I have diabetic nueropathy. My feet and fingers burn and are in pain 24/7. I prefer to use .08's, but sometimes I have to use .09's because of the guitar. It hurts. Like really, really hurts. Odds are I will stop playing soon. You sent me 3 sets of (Green) Regular Slinky's, BUT 10's, which I cannot use at all. To me, it's a major F-Up on your part. I understand you don't know my situation, things happen, but for me personally, you really messed up. I went from being the guy who helped, to someone that you didn't do right by. I can send them back, but all I want is a full refund. OK?

What is the point of the feedback you left? You gave me a full refund for your error. I'm smart enough to move on. Your mistake is pointed out, and then it seems like I'm to blame for not wanting something for free? Who needs that? I didn't leave feedback because it wasn't a great transaction. Do you get it?

Read this conversation. It all started with me helping you!!! I refused to pay return shipping because of your mistake. NOT MINE. I didn't want 3 more sets for free. I would have sent back the wrong ones, BUT NO, you said keep them,,give them away. I am not happy with the feedback you left. I did NOTHING WRONG! You did.
